ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Liferay front-end developer, you are responsable for implementing user-viewable elements within a web application. Necessary to combine the art of design with the experience of programming. You are responsible for translating the ui / ux design wireframes to usable and standardized code. From time to time, you are expected to work independently to meet tight deadlines by following design guidelines.

The team is responsible for working with product management and our customers on the design and implementation of elegant and efficient solutions for our DXP platform using Liferay.

API Programming, database programming, middleware, server scripting, testing and integrations

Also mentor rest the team on best practices of Liferay

Bringing UX/Ui concept to life with HTML, CSS and JavaScript

Develop new user facing features

Write reusable code and libraries aligned to defined design patterns, able to differentiate from various design patterns

Enhance application to optimized maximum speed and scalability

Liaison between graphic design and technical implementation

Translate UI/UX design wireframes to actual code

Implement responsive design for desktop, tablet and mobile sites

Real Time Testing and diagnosis, the site during development for usability and fixing bugs integrations

Proactivity to explore new development frameworks and technologies in order to improve value and development agility

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, informatics, graphic design or related

Agile / Scrum methodologies

1-3 years of development experience working with Liferay DXP

Good understanding of SEO

Javascript, JQuery, HTML and CSS

Familiar with development tools and frameworks

Configuration of the Liferay portal (user management, dashboards, charts, reports, widgets and other elements of data visualization in the portal)

Portal application development with Liferay .x with DXP

RESTFUL, GIT CI / CD, SOAP, API, Webservices, Ajax, XML, JSON.

Any of the following: Angularjs, Nodejs, Vuejs, Reactjs, Typescript, JQuery, REDUX, Bootstrap, CSS3
