UX Visual Designer

In ByKon we’re looking for an exceptional UX Visual Designer to work to optimize the interaction between the users and the product. Make a product or service usable, enjoyable and accessible.

Main responsibilities:

• Create and improve designs, prototypes, style guides, user flow
• Create and comunieffectively car your interaction ideas
• Understand the user and the brand, think about what problem you’re trying to solve for the user
• Identify user needs, goals, behaviors, and pain points
• Conduct user testing. Validate the design by tracking how real users interact with the product or service (usability testing).
• Design the user interface (UI)

Requirements:

• + 3 years of experiencie in UX Visual Design
• Bachelor’s degree: Communication, Visual Communication, Web Design, Digital or related
• Advanced English 

Technical Skills:

• Information architecture helps you organize and prioritize large and complex sets of information

• Wireframing (building a skeletal framework for a website or app) enables you to explore design solutions in an efficient way

• Prototyping is essential for testing functionality and identifying problems

Soft Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Available to work independently and manage on time
• Empathy allows you to think about problems and solutions
