Process Management /Change Management Jr Consultant
JOB BRIEFING
Implementation and adoption of change management and processes for different industries.
Build solutions and propossals according to the customer or project requierements to generate value.
Design and execute strategies of training and communication.
Definition of strategies of change management, implementing an E2E process governance model.
Project management (resources, planning, communication, KPI´s to monitor and control and risk management).
Design solutions focused on Talent and Organization Development.
Create adoption strategies considering a plan for communication and training.
Analysis and understanding of industry: Indicators, trends, data, tools, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality or IT
2 years to 4 years of experience
Agile Methodologies (SCRUM)
Microsoft Office Suite
MS Project
Excel (To document project data)
Jira
Trello
Desirable: Miro/Figma
Additional Requirements:
PMP Certification
Change Management Diploma
